Tommy gives a brief tour of his home gym. It is on it’s way to becoming just what he needs to stay on track. The right equipment, good surroundings and a little entertainment will make it simple, right? Well, simple maybe, but not so easy. After a few skips of rope, Tommy is surprised at how quickly he gets winded.

Well it has been a tough few weeks and Tommy deserved a little break. So Saturday night’s menu included cookies, ice cream and the Patriots! Talk about a reward! However, tomorrow its back on point with a new piece of gear, the Pro-form Toure de France indoor training bike. Cardio is back on the menu!

- 3-4 egg whites
- 2 shredded wheat patties (Barbara’s Shredded Wheat), ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, 2 T blueberries, 1 cup almond milk
Snack:
- 100 calorie-pack almonds
