One minor point:

Please keep this place and any chapters free.

I run a chapter of one of the largest non brand affiliated motorcycle rider's clubs in the world, and we operate without charging a cent! We've found serious people don't need money to run a large (there are over 40,000 of us) group. All you need is people with a common interest. We've found money troubles are one of the biggest reasons for clubs failing. Someone takes off with the treasury or someone accuses someone of doing so, or someone can't keep proper records or whatever. Then there are the arguments about who has paid and who hasn't, or those over what to spend club funds on, etc etc etc.
There are enough stumbling blocks to a club without money being one of them.

That's my 2 cents worth.
