Hey Mike....... how are you????? I'm not sure what Show #3 is. They pulled a switch on WLIW didn't show last Sunday but then seemed to double up this past Saturday and Sunday.

If it's the Wall Cabinet; I'm with you ----as you say

Even the furniture maker in illinois got a great shoutout on his Highboy which is what Tommy is always talking about----seeing the unbelievable talent we don't know about. Hey Illinois guy- if you are out there---who are you???? Join in!!!! Give us some information on that piece.

Now I also got to see the Lazy Susan episode with Eli, it also is a good episode. Again, up a knotch and we begin to see Eli for who he is. "Rock'in it old school" as he says. The show goes to a furniture repository and Tommy hangs out with Brock Jobe, its cool furniture history.

Mike you know better than most.........its fun seeing the pieces come together isn't it????

#3 is better than episode #2, keep that trend going!

I Like the show.
I have been having great luck cutting veneer with a rotary cutter from the fabric store. It does not try to follow the grain like a knife does. Cuts exotic and highly figured stuff with ease

Neil, Episode 3 for me was the wall cabinet. Looking forward to the Lazy Susan episode, which I assume will be No. 4. Tommy is starting to find his rhyme and each episode seems to get better.

I finished up that conference room table. It is sitting in my office as we speak. There are a few areas that could use improvement but overall it came out nice. I know, I need to post some pictures. I documented the whole process so I will post the pictures one of these days.

I have had my sketch book open for the wood expo entry and I am struggling to zero in on a design. I have some interesting ideas/techniques that I want to incorporate into the project. However, I am starting to think that my stubbornness to use these ideas is hindering the design process - not to mention that I am starting to get short on time. I am actually curious to see the Lazy Susan episode to learn more about inlay as I have been kicking around that idea as well.
