I was inspired to use MDF to carve a number of different patterns. They were sanded and painted. These can now be used for cabinetry facades, entry doors or simple wall panels. In between each panel, there are standards that allow shelving.

Tony,

Did you CNC the carving or do it by hand?

Oh yeah that's me all the way..... If your marketing these let me know.

Very nice.

The standard your using is it similar to a mud-in-standard? meaning, a standard that is sandwiched between two pieces of sheet rock with j-channel on both sides of the standard?

Some of them were CNC, the others were done by hand. Yes, these panels have a mud-in-standard. I am marketing them and fully capable of mass producing.
