Is there a rule of thumb so to speak for the allowance of spring back for every degree of bend?

What about for twist as in steam twisting a leg as an example?

Thanks in advance for all the shared knowledge.

You want to download the .xls file which has several calculation solutions. Spring
back being one of them. You will need Microsoft excel or word.
