I have been to many different woodworking sites over the years. This is by far the most impressive, knowledgeable and friendly site I have come across. The info here is astronomical and very impressive. On the friendly note, there are some sites out there where there are "Dumb" questions and they sure let you know. Makes me wonder how many people have given up on the trade.

Many kudos to all who are here and will be here in the future

Richard

there is no such thing as a dumb question if you don't know the answer.

The best way to learn is ask the question. If you don't, you'll have to learn the hard way.

What do they call people who do learn the hard way?

Lefty!

It still never ceases to amaze me when someone who is just getting into woodworking or not that experienced at it yet, invariably comes up with a simple answer to the question. Kind of like we get brain fog and forget the easier answers because we know so many more complicated ways of doing things
