Tommy,

Another great show. I liked the project and the beautiful wood you used. I really like the site visits too.

Can you tell us why the bottom cove is smaller? Also how did you finish it? How do we make sure there is another season?

John

I missed the first show but saw the second, and will make sure I'll not miss any future shows. Very well done. I like the emphasis on handtools/techniques.
One suggestion for improvement: I like the roadtrip segment but the dovetail demo by A Breed frustrated me: I taped it and replayed it three times to see how he chiseled out the wood between the dovetail pins. Couldn't see it and still wonder how he chiseled the wood on the narrower side of the pins so that it became so easy to remove the complete chunk of waste with one blow after turning over the piece of wood.

Thank you.

Alfred

Watched show 2 on WLIW in Long Island, NY.

The show is interesting and informative.

I also liked listening to Tommy and Al. Tommy sounds like he's in "The Town".
Al sounds like a good, sturdy North End Italian guy. They seem like 2 regular guys you'd want to talk to over a beer.

Any wood gurus out there want to shed some light on this?

Tommy,
I finally had a chance to watch the second show. I felt it was much better than the premier. You were a lot more relaxed in your presentation.

At some point most people would like to see a more in depth coverage of fitting dovetails and other joinery. perhaps as an online extra.

I felt like the second show was excellent. It had the spirit of the old podcast episodes. I also liked how more emphasis was put on the techniques versus the overall project. It made me want to dig through my scrap pile for a veneering project.
