Mr. Mahogany,

While I agree that identifying ones location would make it easier to 'locate' Forum members, I do not agree that it should be mandatory.

Of course I see no reason why you couldn't post a request for folks in KY to identify themselves.

It would be nice to have an approx. location for people. As for mandatory I don't know. That might be a little too much, however, if its in general I don't have a problem. Like Upstate NY or Downstate NY or Western NY. I would be nice to know even what country they are from. Unless its in there name, AussieJoe, one would never know.

Mr. M... If you look at the statistics, only 620 or so Forum's registered visitors have ever made a post. I think a lot of folks check in, but do not care to comment. Perhaps the woodworker is truly a shy breed.

If they aren't going to comment, they are not likely to provide their location either.

1 million in Louisville? Wow....... that's a regular population explosion.

Gotta keep an eye on that or pretty soon there gonna be packing 10 mil on some island of the eastern seaboard to reduce the over crowding
